Our Infrastructure
Our
infrastructure is modern and fully equipped to ensure complete in-house
production of Auxiliary Gearboxes, Crane Duty Gearboxes, Servo
Planetary Gear Reducers, and other products. Top Gear Transmissions is
proud to have 7 ultra-modern facilities such as an Administrative
Office, Assembly Building, CNC VMC Shop, Fabrication Shop, Foundry,
Heavy Machine Shop, and R&D Center.
Building: We
own a building in Satara that covers 13000 square meters of area.
Another building at Kolhapur is spread across 3,000 square meters. Here,
every production activity is carried out by using the best
material-handling equipment, cranes, and many devices.

possess over 200 machines that are used for cutting raw materials,
finishing the products, and many other processes. A brief of our

Quality Assurance
Top
Gear Transmissions has the best quality control instruments at its
facility that allow complete testing of the Bevel Planetary Drives,
Planetary Geared Motors, and other products. Apart from this facility,
we also possess CMM, dynamic balancing, gear profile testers, hardness
testers, microscopes, and tensile testers. These are helpful for
re-machining and post-machining processes.
Foundry
We
implemented the process of backward integration in our foundry that
fulfilled the gear casing requirements. At this foundry, cast iron and
SG iron castings are produced at a rate of about 100 tons per month. The
casting quality is guaranteed by our in-house testing lab.
Manpower
Top
Gear Transmissions has the support of 150 personnel, who are extremely
dynamic, and smart. It allows them to meet the client requests in the
best way. We have separate personnel for after-sales support, product
design, and R&D activities.
