Automotive Gears And Gear Parts

Parallel Shaft

Parallel shaft gearmotors typically consist of two or more sets of gears, with each set mounted on a separate parallel shaft. The gears in the gearbox transmit power and torque from the input shaft to the output shaft through meshing teeth.

Planetary Geared Motor

A planetary gearboxes consist of an internal sun gear (central gear) that drives multiple outer ring gears (outer gears) known as planet gears, hence its name. Multiple contact points across the planetary gearbox design allows for higher torque generation compared to a spur gear motor.

Centrifuge Drive

In English The drive shaft provides support for the rotor components. The rotor head is attached to the motor, which bears the containers to house the tubes containing the sample to be centrifuged. It converts electrical energy to mechanical energy. Two rotors with different diameters can have the same rotational speed.

Shaft Mounted Planetary Gear Box

Planetary Gearboxes have much higher mechanical rating compared to parallel shaft Gearbox as the power being transmitted gets equally distributed among three to five streams in each stage thus reducing the induced stresses which very much optimizes the size as well allows to accommodate higher ratio to eliminate open.

Planetary Gearbox

A planetary gearbox is a gearbox with the input shaft and the output shaft aligned. A planetary gearbox is used to transfer the largest torque in the most compact form (known as torque density).

Planetary Mixer

The planetary mixer is an industrial equipment conceived to prepare pastry dough or other type of product, replacing manual labour through a mechanical system that allows to produce, continuously, large quantities of dough.

Track Drive

Track drive has sprockets for driving chain whereas wheel hub has studs to mount on wheel rim. Normally it is driven by Hydraulic motor and air motor in some cases they are driven mechanically as well.

PTO Drive

A PTO is a device (a mechanism) usually seated on the flywheel housing, which transfers power from the driveline (engine) to a secondary application. In most cases, this power transfer applies to a secondary shaft that drives a hydraulic pump, generator, air compressor, pneumatic blower, or vacuum pump.

Hoist Drives

The Hoist drum is connected to the body of the planetary drive & the output splined shaft is held stationary by the flanged splined spigot. The drive to input is given through an electric brake motor. As the drive is mounted inside the drum, the hoist become more compact for its application.

Crane Duty Gearboxes

Crane duty gearboxes are specially designed gearboxes used in crane applications to transmit power and control the speed and direction of motion. They are rugged, heavy-duty gearboxes capable of withstanding high loads and harsh operating conditions typically encountered in crane operations.

Sugar Mill Drive

A very compact drive system compared to old method of power transmission from turbine to mill through High and low speed gearboxes followed by Pinion and Gear arrangement driving the sugar mills. These gearboxes give a high flexibility of ratios with a helical stage at the input.

Slew Drive

A slew drive is designed to handle radial or axial loads using high rotational torque. Equipment for mining, construction, metalworking and other applications that require unrelenting strength combined with faultless precision use slewing technology for safety and accuracy.

Bevel Plantary Drives

Bevel Planetary Gearbox is a type of gearbox that uses bevel gear stage at the input and the output of bevel gear stage is internally connected to Planetary Gear Box. The first bevel stage makes it feasible to transmit the power at a 90-degree angle with very good efficiency (unlike Worm Gear Box)

Servo Planetary Gear Reducer

The planetary gear reducers can withstand higher torque than other types of speed reducers under the same volume. Wide range of ratio options are available due to combination of two or more housing stages and matching of several planetary gears.

Worm Planetary Drives

Worm drives are a compact means of substantially decreasing speed and increasing torque. Small electric motors are generally high-speed and low-torque; the addition of a worm drive increases the range of applications that it may be suitable for, especially when the worm drive compactness is considered.
